All of my classes contain a mixture of powerful flowing movements led by the breath, static postures and calm restorative sequences (Hatha-Vinyasa Flow). In addition to the postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana), a short meditation is always incorporated.
Thereby I pay attention to the correct execution of the poses and offer individual variations. I motivate my students to expand their boundaries while providing space for individual experiences and the release of tension.
It is my goal that my students benefit physically and mentally from their yoga practice, that they discover new things about themselves and last, but not least, that they have fun. Birgit Stoll
